This is an 8-week program running every Monday from 22 April – 17 June at 1.45pm – 2.45pm.

Registrations are available via this webpage to secure your space. Payment can be made to the tutor each week at the venue. 

Improve your strength at our beginner’s strength training classes, designed for you to progress at your own pace. 

Our experienced trainer will show you how to perform a variety of weight baring exercises in a circuit style workout to improve your strength, balance, movement, bone density, heart health and more. All in a fun and social environment. 

A medical clearance by your doctor may be required. Suitable for men and women of all ages.
