This is an 11-week program starting 19 April running every Friday from 9.30am. Registrations are available via this website to secure your space. Payment can be made to the tutor each week at the venue.  

Improve your strength at our beginner’s strength training classes, designed for you to progress at your own pace. 

Our experienced trainer will show you how to perform a variety of weight-bearing exercises utilising training methods aimed at improving your muscle strength and cardiovascular capacity, balance and coordination, and general mental and physical health and well-being. These sessions are fun, friendly, and inclusive to any fitness level
